新聞広告やポスターなどは健康的、科学的に保証された、おしゃれといったイメージが打ち出され、総じて明るく楽しい雰囲気となっています。有名な俳優やスポーツ選手などがモデルとして起用されることも多かったようです。1921*5年には有名なキャッチコピー「キャメルのためなら、1マイルでも歩く (I'd walk a mile for a Camel) 」が登場し、その後のキャンペーンで大当たりをとっています。
他にも「キャメルにプレミアム(おまけ)やクーポンはありません。(キャメルの)タバコの質は、そんなコストをかけることを許さないほどのものなんです*6 (Premiums or coupons don't go with Camels, because the cost of the choice quality tobaccos makes it impossible for us to give them) 」という有名なコピーがあります(こちらは1915年頃か)。
